Refund and Returns Policy

These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Enchanted Synergy, LLC.

Your purchase is valued. In the event that you're not completely satisfied or have any doubts, we're here to address any issues and ensure your experience meets your expectations.

Terms and Conditions for refund and returns:

1. The client has 14 days to check their purchase(s).

2. If a client is unsatisfied with the product(s), they must return them within 14 days of the purchase. Enchanted Synergy will refund your price, including sale price, not including tax and shipping.

3. The product(s) must be returned within 14 days under the following conditions;

a) The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase. If item was damaged upon arrival, that must be indicated when setting up the return.

4. Enchanted Synergy must be contacted by email or phone call, with the following information to complete the process;

a) Name of the purchaser, it must be the same person funds will be returned to.

b) Address

c) Phone number

d) Order Number

e) Date of purchase

5. If the return request is made beyond 14 days from the date of purchase or fails to meet the conditions outlined in clauses 3 and 4, Enchanted Synergy reserves the right to deny the return, and no refunds will be processed.
